Mental Health Therapy

One size doesn't fit all, and that includes mental health. Typically we start with an intake session of up to 60 minutes. We will gather information about your physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual self. We will then work together to plan for future sessions, typically between 45-60 minutes in length.Our integrative and holistic approach uses multiple different theories, including but not limited to:Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Elder Care Consultation

Social Work Supervision

If you are a social worker in Alabama or Georgia and are in need of supervision for your license feel free to reach out. Individual and group sessions are available.Pricing:
$140/month for 4+ hours - LBSW
$160/month for 4+ hours - LMSW (seeking clinical licensure)

Continuing Education
